Ways to Use Burrito in a Jar
This is by far my favorite meal in a jar to use. I can get home from a late night of sports with the kids, warm this up in a large skillet for 5-6 minutes, and have dinner on the table so fast. The most common way we eat it is just on a flour tortilla with some cheese. However, there are a bunch of other ways to change up this meal. Bake up some white potatoes or sweet potatoes and use the burrito in a jar on top. Cook up chicken breasts, shred them, and mix with burrito in a jar for a burrito bowl. Top with lime juice, greek yogurt, or pico de gallo. For a “skinny burrito,” use a giant leafy green as the tortilla. The possibilities are endless.

Ingredients Needed
Here is what is needed for 7 quarts.

- Pressure canner with rack (I use the All American 941)
- 7 quart jars
