Delicious Crockpot Corn on the Cob Recipe
Crockpot corn on the cob is an easy side dish that delivers great flavor. It’s quickly going to become one of your family’s favorite side dishes!
Your New Favorite Side Dish
Making corn on the cob in the slow cooker is a game changer. This is a great side dish for holidays as it doesn’t take up stove space. If you need to make a lot of corn for summer cookouts, use this delicious recipe. If you aren’t quite ready to eat it when it is finished cooking, put the slow cooker on the warm setting and it will be ready when you are! It’s not just for holidays though. Add this recipe into your weekly dinner routine because the kids eat this flavorful corn up.
The slow cooking process takes just minutes of prep with the end result being buttery corn that has every single person I have served this to come back for seconds. To really spruce things up, you can top this with parmesan cheese, fresh herbs, a squirt of lemon juice, or some cayenne pepper for a little kick.

How to Make Crockpot Corn on the Cob
Place frozen corn cobs into bottom of the slow cooker.
Dump milk on top of cobs.
Place stick of butter on top of the corn cobs.
Season with garlic salt. (Optional, but highly recommended!)
Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours. Cooking time will vary based on slow cooker. The newer slow cookers seem to be closer to the 3-4 hours.
If there are any leftover corn cobs, place corn in an airtight container or plastic bag in the fridge for up to 3-5 days.
