–Potatoes – Onion – Garlic – Bell Peppers – Meat: Bacon, sausage, or ham cooked – Eggs -- Cheese – Salt

Warm cast iron skillet up on stove on medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon butter, oil, bacon grease, or lard and allow to heat up before adding diced potatoes.

Add onion, garlic, and peppers onto crispy potatoes. Once onions are softened, add meat.

Crack eggs on top of everything.

Turn broiler on high and move cast-iron pan to oven. Top with cheese towards the end and allow to melt.
