Cast Iron Skillet Pork Chop Recipe

Brine porkchops in  water, salt, and  other seasonings for  2-24 hours. 

Warm up cast iron skillet and preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Sear porkchop and top with onion slices.

Cook porkchops in oven for 7-9 minutes. 

Allow porkchops to rest on cutting board for 10 minutes before cutting into them.
