This one is a little too obvious, but it is the best option! Get your self a cooler. Cut up your fruits and vegetables and throw them in the cooler when it’s go time!

These are quite possibly my favorite snack. They are so filling though. Throw these in the freezer for quick, ready to go snacks at all times.
Muffins are almost the perfect real food snack option for on the go. You can make a batch of sourdough muffins, or whatever your favorite, clean muffin recipe is and throw them in the freezer. Another quick snack ready to go!
Nuts & Seeds
Buying in bulk is going to save you money. Costco is where we buy most of our nuts and seeds from but you can buy from numerous other places. Just make sure that you check your ingredient list first because a lot of nuts and seeds have added junk that isn’t good for you.
